Hell, NO. TITANIC is NOT a film. TITANIC doesn't mean Jack & Rose. That's really annoying to hear how people can treat that part of the history.
YES, the TITANIC had really sank and now Her wreck lies at the bottom of the Atlantic. Over 1500 people died with Her.

And it's fine to make parodies of the film, but not of the disaster. The TITANIC and ''TITANIC'' is not the same thing.

Even if you're not a ''fan'' of the RMS Titanic and you don't care that we are, I'd like you to remember - that's a real history and those people really died.
AND THIS IS NOT FUNNY.
Or if you only like the FILM - it's a very good motion picture after all and I like it too - just don't say it's a romantic comedy.

If you have any questions, please read the comments before you ask - there's a big possibility that you'll find an answer there.

For all Titanicers, hope you like it  feel free to use, but I'd like to know about it; just leave a comment or give a :+fav: :)

:star: And, last but not least, you're here... It'd be very nice if you visited rest of my gallery too.

:star: My cat... over 180 favorites! I'm so glad that there are so many people thinking about the Titanic in the same way as me. Thank you very much for the support!

I don't really see the problem here as much. I'm going through an obsessive Titanic phase at the moment, making me really interested in the ship's history. That got started by watching the movie recently and getting enthralled with the film's score, the visual spectacle of the Ship's size, and how it was based on true events. Apart from a few dimwitted young people, EVERYONE knows what's fiction about the movie and what isn't. It's unfortunate that the movie didn't call itself something other than just the name of the ship, (like 'A Night To Remember' did), and that's probably where the confusion comes from, not people thinking the movie is pure fiction.
